Please help me Disney Gurus!!

I'm going to stress about this all night if I don't get this confirmed. I'm not even sure where to ask this question but here goes....

We booked a trip through a Disney 'Approved/Certified' Travel Agent for travel Sept. 24th/15. I just noticed the free dining is available today so I booked my own package in hopes of being able to cancel the one I booked thru her. It was only a $200 deposit and we're before 45 days before travel so i get a full refund right?

I heard I can also transfer the booking back to her so she gets her commission?

So- can I cancel a reservation 45 days prior to travel and get a full refund?

Yes, as long as you cancel before that 45 day mark you will get the $200 deposit back.

Your TA, if she was good, should've upgraded your package for you automatically if the room you chose qualified.
