Please help me decide, BB or Typhoon for 1/2 day in afternoon?

We want to visit both water parks. We have a full day for one and a half day for the other one. On our half day, we will be arriving around 1 or 2pm. We have 2 children ages 3 and 6. We have been to Typhoon Lagoon before, but never Blizzard Beach. So I have no idea what to expect at Blizzard Beach. Please help me to decide.

If you have been to 1 and not the other, then I'd think about going for the 1/2 day to the repeat park. That way you'll have time to take in everything at BB and get to know the lay out. However, I'm a true fan of TL-- so I'd say spend both days there

I would say try Blizzard Beach since you have tried TL.

Dh and I have been to both, and we much prefer Blizzard Beach. They do have a nice area for little ones.

This way, if you try them both, you will know which one your family prefers for future trips!

It might be hard to do a "half-day" at BB anyway - it is often filled to capacity and turning folks away when TL still has plenty of room for more -- I'd say use TL for your half-day adventure.

For our family, we like TL for the wave pool and lazy river. So we don't mind arriving in the afternoon because we won't be waiting in lines. At BB we like to ride the ski lift and some of the slides, so we prefer getting there first thing in the morning before it gets too crowded.
