Hi everyone! Our family consists of 2 adults, a 5 year old, and 2 year old twins. I am trying to decide on a resort. I booked a room at Coronado Springs for Nov 24-30 but I am now re-thinking my decision. I am not sure if there will be enough room for us or if my twins will actually fall asleep with so much going on around them (all in one room is such a small space). I am considering the family suites at AoA, a room at either Animal Kingdom Lodge or Wilderness Lodge, or a FW cabin. My main concern with the cabins is losing some of the Disney magic. I am not sure it will still feel like we are at Disney. I am also hoping for free dining during that time or hoping they will extend the military salute. Any help is appreciated.

The Alligator Bayou section of Port Orleans Riverside will comfortably fit a family of 5. Rooms are being refurbished with 2 queen beds and a murphy bed. It's a lovely resort and the Alligator Bayou section is more secluded and quiet. Check out the POR thread for more info.

We are a family of 5 as well and I am a big fan of suites. Our kids go to bed early (they are 6, 3 and 1) so we are always having to move around them if it's a regular hotel room. I haven't stayed at AoA but I think a suite would be better than a hotel room no matter how nice the hotel.
