I think it would be a good idea to name it somethign beginning with the letters A, B, C or D. If people do a internet or yellow pages search on photographers in your city, you're going to want to be at the top of the list. People will scroll through the first few in the list & call one. You'll want to be one of those that appear on the first page of search results or the first column in the yellow pages.

I think you are right! There are so many good ideas on this thread! I really like Foto Fairy (or even Photo Fairy). I'd just stick an "A" in front of it to put in the front of the list, "A Photo Fairy". That is such a cute name!

I haven't readthe other responses; forgive me if I repeat.

From the very little I know of marketing, you want something that comes up fairly early in the alphabet. Apparently a LOT of people hit the yellow pages and start with A.

So I would suggest something starting with "Candid" or "Camera" or "Cutie"

Okay I've got two more: "The Cunning Little Imp's Photo Studio" and "Bright Eyes Photography" (as in the Shirley Temple movie, yet another where you may have to deal with copyright issues though).
