Hi,:wave2:
I wonder if anyone can help with this complicated quandary? :confused3 We are travelling from Manchester & get to CDG Terminal 1 supposedly at 8.05pm on Monday 16th feb. WE have always used the vea on our past visits, but it won`t be running at that time on this particular trip.
Anyway, How do you get to the train station at terminal 2 from T1 to catch the tgv? and if we arrive at 8.05pm would we have enough time to catch the 8.48pm tgv to Disney? ( the next tgv is 9.55pm so abit of a wait:sad2: )
The other option of course would be to get a shared shuttle to Disney. ( I have noted a number of people on the DIS seem to go with RS/BS Transport)
Can You ring them directly or is everything done via E-Mail? And do You pay when You get there or when You make the booking?
SORRY SORRY SORRY for all the questions.:crazy2:
Thankyou in advance for any help You can give Me it is very much appreciated:flower3:
Dawn.

Hi,

Okay, the easy question first - yes, you can do everything with bs/rs transport by email, but on the email confirmation, they provide a telephone number. I always put that number in my phone, so if theres a problem I can contact them as soon as I arrive at CDG. I've not needed to use the phone number yet though :) . The best way to pay is in cash (as you're charged for using your credit card to pay them). I only book one way, CDG to DLRP, and pay the driver when we get to the hotel.

If you've only got hand luggage, you should easily make the 8.48pm TGV if landing on an 8.05pm flight at T1. Follow the signs for the CDGVal (the free internal train service between terminals). Get off at T2, then you go down 2 levels in the lift/escalators, and you'll find the TGV station at T2, to your right from the lift/escalators.

I usually get the TGV back to CDG from DLRP, T1, as its so easy and does give me a good hour extra in the parks. I usually don't get the TGV to DLRP though, in case my flight is delayed and then I, like you, may have to wait an hour or so at the TGV station. I'd rather be on the move to DLRP as soon as I get out of the exit at CDG :goodvibes .

Hope this helps,

Thanks very much Elaine. Great advice :thumbsup2

Quick update. I have booked with RS Transports for a return trip @ 110 euros for the 3 of us on a shared shuttle. It seems that quite a few DISers have used them in the past & have been happy, so I thought We`d give them a whirl. The VEA has always been 94 euros return on previous trips so I think RS Transports quote is excellent.
Cheers Dawn.
