Please help: ISO journal pages similar to donatalie's

I am putting together a journal for my dd using donatalie's 2010 journal pages - the regular 2010 journal, not the "Vol 2" pages. I have nearly everything I need, except I'd really love a few extra pages that Natalie never made. I know I can throw together some simple pages with clipart, but I can't duplicate the style the Natalie used. If any of you wonderful DISigners have her files and can put together these journal pages, I will love you forever.

1 - POFQ page with a few fill-ins:
We arrived at Port Orleans French Quarter on ___________
We'll stay for ____ days.
What I like best about French Quarter is ____________
Our room at French Quarter __________
The pool at French Quarter __________

Stuff like that...

2 - Kona Cafe page:
We traveled to Kona Cafe on a __________
We ate at the Kona Cafe __________
I had ____________
We also ____________ (this needs to have enough space to describe the fireworks seen from the beach)
My favorite part was ___________

3 - Rainforest Cafe - DOWNTOWN - page. Natalie has one for AK, but not DTD.

4 - Change the Minnie's Butterfly House page to a Bambi's Butterfly House page (Epcot F&GFest pages).

I'm not picky about what's on these pages, either for artwork or text. If your ideas are different from what I've indicated, I'll be fine with that!

And if someone has already done this, please point me toward their photobucket/4shared account. I looked through a bunch, but not all of them.
