Please help-Is this WH home safe to rent?

I've never rented before and this is last minute. I haven't heard anyone talking about this home and wondered if someone could tell me if this is safe to rent? Is there a way to know if the owner has paid taxes and really owns this? I guess I'm always skeptical and can't find anything available for our time from one of the owners that is well known on the boards. The website is www.windsorhillsonline.com. THANKS!

This is the tax appraiser site: http://ira.property-appraiser.org/PropertySearch/
You need their first and last name.

Also the tax collector site: https://www.osceola.county-taxes.com/tcb/app/pt/main

Just do a record search in each of these.
