Here is a copy/paste that I got in an email that explains the cause in more detail.

Give Kids The World Village (GKTW) is a 70-acre, non-profit resort in Central Florida that creates magical memories for children with life- threatening illnesses and their families. GKTW provides accommodations at its whimsical resort, donated attractions tickets, meals and more for a week-long, cost-free fantasy vacation. (I figured they said it better than I could).


Pepsi is giving away $250,000 to the top 2 vote getters on the Refresh Everything website. For Real!

I found this link. Many of you may remember Noah's Journey as it was chronicled here on the DIS. She's one of us, who was able to take a Wish trip thanks to GKTW. Sadly their trip was cut short as Noah got ill and had to be rushed home.

They didn't make the cut for June, but, they are trying again for July. They are currently down at 21st, but, I know that can improve.

GKTW really provides a phenomenal service to critically ill children and their families. Daily voting is a really easy way for us to support their work. Spread the word if you can.
