PLEASE HELP!! Flying from either Los Angeles or Ontario, what airline and how much??

I went to WDW two summers ago and we were able to get tickets for 180 on America West, and now I am going in December and the cheapest flight I can find is 285. We are willing to fly out of any Southern California airport really. WHere should I look and how long should I wait to check for flights, will the prices go any lower than this? We will be there from Saturday December 14th to December 21st. Please help

Last year I saw specials in July/Aug for December. For our Jan trip last year we got a great special on 9/4.
