Please Help! - Disney Visa Rewards

I received a promo in the mail last fall for double rewards dollars on my disney visa for all purchases made in october, november, and december. I spent like mad on my card (including our whole december trip, airline tickets, and all)and am due quite a bit of rewards dollars. I contacted Bank One in November b/c my double rewards weren't on the card and the rep said that the promo rewards would be applied in one lump sum after the promo ended. So in Jan I called back, still no rewards, told to wait 2-3 bill cycles. I called again early this month, talked to a Chase rep who emailed marketing regarding the promo. Today I received a letter stating they cannot find the promo and have no record of it. I (of course) cannot find the mailer and I need to know if anyone else has this or if thier are any codes on it. Or did I just imagine the whole thing?

From reading previous threads on this subject alot of disney visa members never got there double rewards creditted for this promotion. Maybe use the search feature and see if you can find if anyone did get the credit and who they talked to, etc to get it.

Do you still have your original offer? The one I received and participated in only applied to "everyday" purchases like groceries, utilities, and gas and only if I spent a certain amount each month on these items. Spending on trips and other purchases like department stores did not count. I did get my double points without having to call anyone. They usually appeared a couple of statements after they were earned.

Thanks for your reply. Nope I can't find it, I have looked and looked. We have moved since then so I take it that it was lost in the move. I used my card for everything those few months, gas, groceries, christmas stuff, a trip to disney world, airline tickets, etc, so at some point I should have accumulated points for something. If you still have the flyer do you see a code or anything on it?

My promotion was early last year so I don't have the offer anymore. With my offer I had to spend a certain amount per month--I think maybe $400 or $450--on those everyday purchases before I qualified for the extra points, so I think ended up with a fairly small amount of them. I remember when other people were posting about their offers, the amount you had to spend varied per person; was probably based on your spending habits. I suppose it's possible that if your offer was limited to those types of purchases and the minimum spending amount was high, maybe you didn't reach it? Other than that thought I don't have any other ideas--sorry.

I wish they would offer double points for booking trips and such. With the amount we're spending for our Disney trip this year (Polynesian Lagoon View room for 10 nights=$$$$$), I'd be earning tons of points!!!
