PLEASE HELP - can't find my way

So we are going to disney in may 2009.. my friend just went and was eating at the coral reef when the diver came down with a sign that said hello to her kids. She said she did it free and to go to disboards.com
Does anyone know about this personalization you can do... I think she also had placemats and where I go to do this.
