Please help a newbie print a DISign door magnet or Making a Door Magnet for Dummies

I have some really cool DISigns the generous people on this board created for me. But I don't have a clue how to print it. I got magnetic paper from Staples and I have a color jet HP printer. But I'm really nervous I'm going to mess it up . PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE could you step me through the process. I read the sticky above and it doesn't tell you how to print a DISign someone else creates for you. I know I can't be the only newbie that is scared and clueless. Thanks for you patience its appreciated.
