please give me details about Ship Shape Fitness at BCV

DH has been on a great diet/exercise plan since Sept and he asked me to find out about the work out facilities at BCV. I did find a little about Ship Shape Fitness but I haven't seen anything that gives me details re: the types of fitness equipment/machines that are available there. Anyone worked out there and could give me some specifics?

Never been to BCV fitness, but I can tell you that SSR Springs fitness center is awesome. Huge!!!
