Hi everyone. I have dug and dug through the black friday deals and I can't find what I am looking for - thought maybe someone would have an idea.

I am looking for a smaller tv (like, for a child's or teens room) that has the dvd player built into it.
Anyone have any ideas?

I am looking for them also. Ot the kind with a VCR, but TVs. I will be looking at the sales papers that come out on Thanksgiving day. Haven't really seen anything so far.

I was looking for one like that but all the feed back I've been getting is NOT to get one w/the built in. Reason is that they use cheaper parts in the built ins and when it breaks, it is usually expensive to replace. Also I've been told that when it breaks, alot of times, it affects the ability to watch the tv too because they are all wired together. These days, you can get a dvd player so cheap that I'm just going for a small tv.

I havent seen any either & I was looking for something similar.

I think I'll just have to buy a stand alone DVD player. So far, I've got my eye on a Best Buy TV.

I have one - a toshiba 26" - 4 years in and it's still going strong. I got it from amazon as they had the best price.

I got the once from Best Buy with the built in DVD player, it was $329 I think, for my son's room. He is autistic and pulls out the cables so this is the best option for him. It was the Best Buy brand, I forget the name. Around 32"

Being wary of future problems, I got the 4 year warranty, so I am not worried about the DVD player breaking. I need this sort of warranty, Sean does not treat electronics in a typical manner. Most people would likely not need it.

I just picked up a 22in lcd 1080p hdtv at Radio Shack which is on sale this week for $189. Actually my parents picked it up so dd wouldn't see it and my mother said it included a 2 year warranty. I prefer a separate dvd player.
