Please let me know if anything jumps out as bad planning, or impossible to make it from point A to point B in time
I am planning for our group of 11 (8 adults and my 3 children, ages 6, 4, and 1). We will be going on the Disney Dream first and then spending 3 days in Disney before heading home. I am trying to consider everyone's need and interests with my FP selections, not pick too many that the baby can't go on, and try to pick things that we can all do together. We went 2 years ago, so I know the kids want to do the rides I selected.
Some other things to consider: the baby still needs to nap, one kid is 42 inches, the other is not (so we are skipping those attractions), this trip is in July when it will be extremely hot and crowded, and we are staying at the GF on the club level.

Day 2
- Breakfast in the GF Club lounge early, head to park around opening
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train with no FP (is this dumb? I was just thinking that I didn't want to waste a FP on this because not everyone will go on, and it is likely that one or both of my kids will balk at the last second)
- FP for Under the Sea (around 9:30)
- FP for Dumbo (around 11)
- FP for Peter Pan's Flight (around noon)
- Back to hotel to rest/ lunch/ maybe pool if we decide not to head back to the park
- Dinner at the California Grill at 7:05
Day 3
