I have called 6 times for a codes in the past five days. Unfortunately all I have been told was I had a code that began in 1/2007 and expired 12/22/07 and that it was good for a trip for 1/08-2/08. I have read posts here where folks have had amazing CMs looking up maiden names and past addresses... And then suddenly they get their code. Can you please tell me what you said when you called? I know it sounds silly to ask this, but I am hoping that there is a fabulous way you all managed to get your codes. How did you begin your conversation? Did you ask for a code straight off? I currently have a reservation booked for 2.08. If you had a reservation, how did you ask for a code when you called?
Thank you in advance.
I think if you are calling about a code that expired you are out of luck.
However there is a PIN code that is out there right now (good 7 different time throughout 2008 (feb is listed Feb 24-March5). The code is a 40% off. The mailer states: take your best shot at 40% off. 40% off a disney stay! And you've got 7 great times to shoot for!" This expires on March 31st and the dates are Jan6-17, Jan 20-31, Feb 24-Mar 5,Mar 30-Apr 8, Aug 10-Sept 27, Oct 19th-Nov 1, Nov 9-Nov 15th, Dec7-Dec 17)).
You can only get the code if it is attached to your account, you have the mailer with the code on the back (which is a 15 digit code highlighted in yellow).
My suggestion to you is to call 877-939-3732 (disney toll free#) tell them you want to check if you have a pin code assigned to your name, give them the info, if they say no, say can I check; maiden name, old phone #, old address, etc... Depends on how long ago you have those, I was married 6 yrs ago and travelled annual with my maiden name, I also moved 3 yrs ago, and again had travelled annually to disney with my old address and phone number! So it is worht the try.
(For the recode my pin code came to my current home, with my married name, however the address was a digit off (8 instead of 9) and my last name was spelled incorrectly with a W instead of a U... when I have travelled (using my married name and new address) all the documents have been right, so I am not sure where the wrong info came from!)
Good luck. Hope it works for you.
