I just bought a resale contract and the points should be available mid March. How difficult will it be to get a 2 bedroom (or 2 studios or Inn rooms) for 2 nights the week of Aug 16-23??? TIA

Only time will tell. You might get lucky with a Fri-Sat stay.

We just waitlisted (about a week ago) a ressie at VB for the end of July. When I called back to check on Aug dates, those were booked as well. As soon as you close and your points are available, make sure you get on a waitlist if you're truly interested. We waitlisted night-by-night for the week before and the week after the dates we currently have booked now (7/25, 7/26 and 7/27) and are hoping some of the dates come through soon!
