Plaza Restaurant - French Fries

I seen several people post that the french fries at the Plaza Restaurant at MK are the best. I am a French Fry fanatic, so I'm wondering what is it that makes them so great? And can I go there and just order french fries?

Ditto.

I had them in January and don't remember anything particularly special about them. Maybe there are different kinds (fresh cut vs regular) and I didn't get the good ones.

The one's I got were not fresh cut - I would have remembered that. I did have "house made" chips at several restaurant instead of fries on our last trip because they were really yummy. I like fries but these were way better

My son had the french fries at the Plaza...nothing special....but I had the homemade potato chips...and they were great.

When we went in June they were thick cut steak fries..hot, crispy and salty. They were fabulous. Nothing like any of the other fries we had anywhere in the World. Hope they didn't change them!

If you're a fry person go for the chips at the Yorkshire Fish Shop in Epcot in the UK. Big steak fries with crispy outsides and seasalt. I could eat like 10 orders of them.

Ohh.. I love Red Robin's fries.. I can't say I ever gave much thought about eating at the Plaza, but.. Now I might give it a shot.

I have never eaten there but they look yummy in the pictures. I think it's the steak cut. I don't like thinner fries or mushy ones.
