Plaza inn, Pecos, or Colombia harbour house?

Plaza if you want a guaranteed seat. My family and I really do enjoy CHH but the last 3 times we’ve been there it’s been very difficult to find an open table (even upstairs) so you stand around with your food waiting on another family to vacate a spot, cast members don’t even have the opportunity to clean between people leaving and people sitting. If you wait for it to be cleaned, someone else will snatch it up from you.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Pecos, but I did recently that they have removed items from what was a great toppings bar and now a lot of things cost extra.
