Plaza Inn Father's Day brunch

I'm going to try to reservations for this. Has anyone done this event in the past? it looks great!

Interesting that they are calling it Spam musubi. In DCA, they usually refer to Spam as "spiced ham" so as not to use the trade name. I wonder if using Spam (without the trademark) was a mistake.
