PlayOn adds PlayLater (have a couple of questions)

Have you seen this?

Ok, so am I understanding correctly that you can get PlayOn by itself for $79/year or you can get PlayOn plus PlayLater for $69/year?

I can't get it right now as I only have Macs, but I am hoping to get our PC back up and running.
