Playhouse Disney at HV- 11:10 breakfast or lunch??

We have an 11:10 ADR for Hollywood N Vine. Is this breakfast or lunch? Should I try to get a more concrete time??

I would either book a breakfast at 8:00am (before the park opens) or an early lunch at 11:30am. That way they have made the transition between breakfast and lunch. It might be a more relaxing meal.

So if we keep the 11:10, will we be rushed out or can we take our time and get the breakfast buffet and then lunch buffet?
I'm trying to decide what to do, we were really looking for lunch, but the next time isn't until 12:20 and we wanted to eat a little earlier.
Maybe I should just switch it and try to get a Fantasmic package for dinner instead? Probably won't be able to now though.

We have an 11 am ADR and I've been wondering the same thing. I'm going to take my chances and see what we end up with. From what I've read, it should start with breakfast foods and then they will switch one side of the buffet at a time over to lunch. Hopefully that's true!
