We'll be staying at the HRH in June on the Play-4-Free plan, which gives two adult and two child tickets for each room. We'll have 4 adults and 1 child. I have a couple of questions about the package (which has disappeared from the website, so good thing I printed out the details when I made the reservations!):
1. The child is 11, which is an adult by Universal standards, so is there a way to upgrade one of the free child tickets for him, or do we need to buy an adult ticket online before we go?
2. Will they have tickets waiting for us when we check in, or will we get some sort of voucher we have to take to the park?
3. Since we're not using all of the child tickets, would they be of any value to anyone else?
