Platinum but can’t see pricing

not sure what I am doing wrong. We are platinum and I logged in with my account but the dates for cruises don’t show oct-dec

What am I not doing? Thanks!

It's not your fault. The site keeps crashing. I tried many many times while I was on hold waiting to book November 2019 and the website just wasn't working. On hold for an hour but I finally got through.

It worked for me but when I left the site and came back, it didn't. I logged out/back in and it was working again.

I'm only gold so not trying to book today, but based on past experiences with the website, try clearing your cookies.

Hi guys.....We spoke with Disney Res agents and they are aware of the issues and are working very hard to correct all issues. Agent web pages are working as of 6:30 am PST. Still checking the Guest web pages for the fixes. Thanks...

I was on hold for 35 minutes today. From 5:05 am and was answered by 5:35 am.

Just keep trying. Initially I couldn’t see the new dates but after I logged out and logged back in it worked. I’ve also seen Stitch a couple of times today but the site has been back working with just a quick click on refresh. No prolonged down time.

I was just over there, I had to sign myself out and restart my computer and I was finally able to look and see the prices.

I’m late to posting this but just in case it helps...I’m logging in from an iPad so the desktop version could be completely different.

Step 1 make sure you’re signed in
Step 2 click on the “article” about new 2019 itineraries
Step 3 when the article opens there is a small blue box that says advanced bookings available and you click Check Availability
Step 4 that opens all the available cruises through 2020 and you can filter your party and search there

Normally when I open Disney’s site I can search straight from the main page, when I did that today it would only show through September...the above may only apply to mobile devices but it’s not really intuitive
