I had to google to see what these dishes looked like. I then searched "deep asymmetrical plates" you'll find a number of similar types of dishes to them.

Steelite is the manufacturer, and only really sells to restaurants in cases or 12. The site below is their "factory outlet" where you can by individual pieces. Cases or individual, they ae pretty expensive, but they are really durable. You want the Marisol Sage Green.
