Can anyone help me find these? They are usually sold at festivals. I bought my GD some about 3 years ago and my SIL bought one just a couple of weeks ago. Now my niece wants some for the other children.
They look like they should cost about a $1.00 but they are around $15.00. You twist you hair and then wrap it around the plastic. There are charms at the bottom of the twister.
Mine came with a card and web address to order more but of course I lost it. I have been searching on line but couldn't come up with anything. TIA
