Planning our trip! HELP!

Hello,
I am new to dis board and wanted some help in planning our trip. We are starting early and getting so excited.
I have made some reservations like Hoop tee doo musical revue...will a seven year old get alot outta this? How can you be sure not to miss out on fireworks etc. when making reservations??

I have a spreadsheet where I've made big calendar blocks for each day. Then I add park hours and shows/ fireworks/ parades scheduled for my week. Sometimes Fantasmic is only twice a week, or Wishes is only on certain nights. So it's important to know when these things are scheduled.

THEN, with that in front of me, I choose my parks for each of those days. Now I'm ready to make my ADR's because I'll know where I need to be and what time. This way I won't have a Magic Kingdom dinner reservation on my Fantasmic (Studios) night.

It sounds complicated but really it's just a matter of transferring the information from the Disney site (or easywdw.com or even this site) to my calendar pages.
