We are staying at a DVC villa and our top three choices are the Wilderness lodge villas, Beach club villas, or boardwalk villas. Does anyone have any suggestions on which would be the most romantic for a honeymoon?? Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!

My recommendation would be either BCV or BWV (personal preference is BWV). The reason is because of the park hours. Usually in September/October, the park hours are reduced and if you want to have some "atmosphere" in the evenings, the Boardwalk area is the place to be. The "street" performers will still be there and it's just a wonderful location. (this was a tip from Disney when I was planning my wedding).

While the other resorts are wonderful, besides the resort, there isn't much to do after the parks close. But, in the Boardwalk area, there's all kinds of stuff to do and see.

The only caution I would give is that October is the food and wine festival at epcot and rooms at all the epcot resorts fill quickly.

Old Key West has the largest villas of all (square footage), so if space is a concern you might consider that location. They're nice, but not located near the action...

We were there for out October 2006 Disneymoon. We booked a 1bd standard view at the Boardwalk in early March by renting points through the board! I would HIGHLY recommend the Boardwalk for the same reasons hiwaygal mentioned. I also recommend splurging on the 1bd because you get the Jacuzzi tub! We LOVE the rooms at the Boardwalk and the atmosphere in general. I can't really speak to the BCVs because we've ONLY stayed at the Boardwalk. I thought the rooms were plenty big and you can't beat the location if your favorite resorts are MGM and Epcot like us!

I recently stayed at OKW and wasn't really impressed. We had a few different problems throughout the week, and you don't have a food court available to you like many other places. We're staying at BW for our honeymoon in April. We love the hotel, and that there is so much to do after the parks close.
