Planning Guide??

I'm looking for a cover and pages to put together all of my planning information. Basically I need:
Cover that says something about engagement celebration in jan of 2009
My fiance, Matt(20) and myself, Meagan(21) are the members

As for pages:
Jan 11th-18th are itinerary with one day at each park, 2 travel days and 2 free days for relaxing
A clever way to arrange my dining ressie information and numbers
An area for reservation numbers and flight info.

I'm not creative enough so I figured I'd see what everyone else had. Thanks!
