Planning for Disney Help!!!

Hey everyone I have a few questions...
I am planning my first trip to Disney in Sept (4 girls no husbands!!!) and I have a few questions. I was wondering how much spending money I should bring. We are going for seven days and we are on the DDP and the room and transportation are all paid for. I just need shopping money and maybe a few OOP meals(just in case)

Also I was wondering if there is anything that I should not forget to pack. I have only gone on a few vacations in my life time (nothing ever this big) and I don't want to forget something important!!!

I am so Excited that I just can't wait 3 more months!!!

Well, congratulations on your first step of fun! If the trip means that each person is paying her own way and you aren't discussing children. The amount of money would depend on how many souvenirs you would be interested in yourself or added expenses. If you need a packing list there are often threads for that on Disney Tips but www.allearsnet.com and www.themouseforless.com have packing tips and lists. The only thing I would highly recommend would be something for blisters, perferrably preventive as opposed to things for blisters once you've gotten them.

I would only bring about $200.00 in cash. Just in case you want something small from one of the carts around the parks. Use your credit card for anything else you might want. Just pay it off when you get home. Have fun.

Hi! If everything is paid for and you have the dining plan, then you won't really need a lot of cash with you. Credit cards will work for most souvenirs. You will really only need cash for souvenirs from the carts, any snack purchases above what is in the dining plan (I'm thinking water, soda, etc), and "adult" beverages that you have. From a packing point of view, I would recommend that you make sure that you have comfortable/broken in shoes, suntan lotion, and maybe a hat to keep the sun off of your face.
