I tried the website what felt like hundreds of times (!) and in the end gave up and rang - but I can't remember the number (sorry!). When the DVD arrives (I've been waiting 3 weeks now) I'll PM you. I'm sure someone will come along with the number though!

I ordered from the website about 5 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Just about given up hope - but then again, I probably know 99% of what will be on it.

I ordered the video version and it came a few days later! So if you still have that old VCR it might be worth a reorder!

Also ordered a Universal planning video and a few days later received a stack of brochures. I wonder if this is my lot or if there's a video in the pipeline? I don't want to appear greedy....!

Yes the DVD does exist, I got mine within 1 week of ordering online. DH had also rang up for one without me knowing and his arrived the same day. Having had the videos in the past, I would recommend getting the DVD as there is some good stuff on it that I don't think will be on the video.

I tried to order the DVD from the website a few times, but was never sure it had gone through correctly as I didn't get the expected 'Thank you for ordering. blah, blah. Your DVD will be with you shortly' confirmation.

Nothing arrived, so I tried again and eventually did get the message, and lo and behold, the DVD arrived within a week!

So the web link does work, but it may take perseverence.

Ordered my DVD via the "press red button" during the Disney advert on SKY several weeks ago.
The VIDEO came yesterday. I contained a note saying that they had no stocks of the DVD left and had sent the video as a replacement

Yes, I've got the new one, Mission Space is on it - although it looked very much as though it, and a few other buts had just been added to an older version. Like the DVD though and how you can use the Interactive bit and the resorts and theme parks.

we got the new dvd, but to be honest we were disappointed as it looked like they had put together loads of bits from all the previous videos to make this new one.
There was abit of mission space on it and also philamagic.
But the same woman is there on the bridge by the kali river rapids telling us how wet you can ,get as in previous videos...!!

Our dvd arrived in about 3 weeks but we did order it a while back. Even though we have done most of the stuff on it before it was still good to watch and to get us in the mood for another trip

Just ordered mine - and even thought I am in Ireland it let me do it.

I ticked the box that said yes to being in the UK then just put in my address and selected Ireland from the menu of drop down countries.

I'll let you know if it ever arrives.
