So I can do my online check-in and start booking things on the ship starting December 4th which is this Sunday. I have just a few questions about this.

So I can go in at midnight Saturday night (Florida time) to start my check-in?

Also, when I go in the site now, it doesn't give me any options, just my reservation information. I am assuming that will all "magically" change when my check-in window opens? There will be other options that I will be able to see so I can book our character meet and greets? I just want to be sure I am not doing anything wrong!

Yes. Make sure to sign totally out and at midnight Eastern time, sign in again.

I know that on Thanksgiving (that was my magic date) the system seemed to want at least one activity to be booked before opening the check-in part. So if "check-in" isn't appearing ready right at midnight, book an activity (even if you go back later and cancel it) and see if that works.

Otherwise sometimes one does lag behind the other by a couple of hours.
