I'm a bit OCD about planning, so I am making a binder/folder/book for our trip in May.

I'd love to get some insight on what's worked for you and what hasnt...I need all the info in the same place, organized and easy to find, so I'm not sure if the pockets of the passporter would be the best option.
I wanna be able to take our planning book with us wherever we go, as it will hold all our info, so I'm not sure if a ringbinder would be too big? I dont carry a purse in the parks, we just have our bagpack that also doubles as our diaperbag to hold all our stuff

What do you guys think? Folder, smaller book or passporter?

Also if anyone feels like posting pics of theirs, I would absolutely love it, I need some inspiration

Thanks :goodvibes

 Hi! I think it really depends on how much 'stuff' you think you'll have, what you want to take with you to the parks, and just how much you want to put in there!

When we went to WDW, many times I took my Passporter, but I'd write my ADR's down on cards to take with me to the parks. Unfortunately, the pockets are small, so I'd have other notes and things folded up, and sometimes they'd fall out.

We just got off the Magic in October, and I did this:

It worked great! I placed clear pages in to 'hold' all our loose items, all ressie information & confirmations, labeled sections (ie: airplane, rental car, hotel, etc...), and even placed tips and things to do on cards to look at.

Since we're returning in May of this year, I've already 'redone' my album for this trip!:banana: And though we've been many times, I forsee much use for the next 4 months!:goodvibes
