Planning and Family Trip....What rooms should I go with?

So we are planning and family trip for Spring of 2021. It will be:
- Me and DW
- Daughter and SIL
- Son and DIL with 1 year old.
- My DIL's mother (whom we are very close with)

So all told there are 7 of us. I would like for all to have privacy. My son and DIL said they could share the bedroom side of a dedicated 2 bedroom (2 queen beds) with my DIL's mother, and the baby, but that seems a little tight. My Daughter and SIL can have the living room and me and DW will have the master. My thought is that if someone is in the living room, it makes it difficult with the baby gets up early, or i do!...lol....

My thought was a Grand Villa, but someone is still in the living room. It would be nice if we are all in the same space, for breakfast and such, but might have to go with 2 bedroom and a separate studio....

Any ideas folks!?

If you are thinking in any way of doing a two bedroom I would go with Kidani or BLT for the third bathroom. If you are seriously considering a Grand Villa, Kidani offers the pullout upstairs in the loft area so they don't need to be on the pullout in the living room.

We just did similar family trip to yours, right down to daughter's MIL. DS is not married but DD has 2 kids, 5 years and 19 no. We got a 3 bedroom GV. Baby slept in pack &play in master with us (didn't want to traipse up and down stairs for naps and diaper changes). MIL and granddaughter shared one upstairs room. DS was there only half our nights and shared room with DD and SIL. Worked well.

The GV at GFV has 3 bedrooms but in addition, there is a media room with a full size pull out bed and a door that closes. So it functions like 4 bedrooms. And there are 4 full bathrooms with two of the bedrooms en suite.

Four studios. Me using my points for three adults in a two bedroom villa? Not going to happen.

We have a similar situation and we go with a 2 bedroom plus a studio every year. We got burned once getting a grand villa and having 2 of our 7 guests end up cancelling. We had to scramble to get a 2 bedroom. From that point on, the studio is our insurance policy. We alternate who stays in the studio.
