Planning a trip to WDW in Nov. 2021

We are planning to book 2 2brs at BWV, 1 2brs at BCV, 3 2brs, 1 1brs, 2 studios at SSR in Nov 2021 for 48 people. My questions has anyone ever booked that many rooms at 1 time at the 11 month window. My plan is to start book the BCV and BWV first and do SSR last all at the 8 am time.

I haven’t but can I just say that I am in awe of the fact that you have that many points at all of those resorts to book at 11 months? Amazing!!!

To help speed the process I would just list the lead guest for each reservation. Don’t even bother changing the address. All of that can be changed and added later, This will speed up the process.

The other thing to do is to maybe consider starting a few days early and walk a few of them, just so you are not trying all on one day,

For example, say you are going November 10 to 17. Instead of trying all on Dec 10th.l11 month.start on Dec 8t and book a few rooms that morning, the. Book a few more on the 9th, etc.

Then you can just move those forward the few days once you have secured all your rooms.

If doing it at 11 months out, the main issue is going to be BWV if seeking standard or boardwalk view 2BRs, both of which have a real risk of disappearing within moments after the 11-month window opens. If seeking pool/gardewn view, you should have ample time in the morning at 11-months out to get what you want; the same applies to BCV and SSR.

I have never walked a reservation before but I figured I would have to do it for this one and thank you for the tip on the name and address.
