Planning a trip for Aug. 09 - should i book through Disney or AAA?

We are planning to go in August 09 - hoping for the free dining. Should i book through AAA to get the room/park discount in case no free dining OR should i book through Disney and hope for free dining? Can i get the AAA discount through Disney?
