Planning A Big One

Can anyone help me I am attempting to plan a very large trip to WDW for Nov. 07. The party includes 7 adults and 7 children. The childrens ages are: 3, 7, 7, 8, 10, 10, 16. Ant advice would be appreciated.

There are 18 of us going in January however we know that that is ALOT of family time if we are together all the time....so we are doing it this way.

We picked specific things that we are doing together, ex: MK on Thursday, Hoop De Doo Friday evening, then we are going to the campfire movie at fort wilderness. This way we aren't over planned and we don't feel obligated to stick together the hole time. Everyone wants to do something different sometimes.

As far as the resort accomodations and airfare, we are actually all booked seperated and all staying at different resorts, that way we can check out all the resorts and such.

I probably haven't helped you much, but it isn't much fun to go on a trip when someone is planning every minute that your there....

I was going to add that we are all on seperate budgets and work schedules too...so you'll need to figure out what works for everyone.

For example....we are going to be at Pop from January 3-9
My brother and his family will be at Carribbean from January 2-9
My parents will be at fort wilderness January 2-7
My older sister will be offisite january 2-7
and my oldest sister will be renting a house December 31-January 7

Our Family days are January 4, 5 & 6th. Due to school and work schedules everyones stay is staggered.

I was looking more for some advice on how to go about booking a trip for such a large party.....

Personally I think I would go with a TA who specializes in Disney. They could help by making your ADRs, getting info on Grand Gatherings, etc. I just think for that size (and heck for my own family of 5 I used a Magic For Less TA) I would want to be working with someone to help me out.
