Hi there :)
I know it's quite a while 'til Halloween 2018 but you can never start planning too early :D It will be our first cruise ever :D

Can you tell me which price difference (approx.) is between a 3-night and a 4-night Bahama Cruise from Port Canaveral in late September/ early October? :)

And is a 4-night Cruise so much better?? :)

Greetings from Germany

Marion :)

I'm sure you can find pricing online at some point but I can tell you that I've only been able to afford the 4 day cruises and they are WAY too short. I would never to a 3 day. Maybe one day when the little beggars are grown and gone, we'll be able to afford a 7 day!

Happy planning!

If you go to cruisefish, you can find historical prices for those cruises. However, the cruises are much higher now. But you can get a feel for the difference in prices, maybe.

A 4 night cruise includes a sea day. Much better.

An example itinerary that is currently a published fare and sailing around Halloween.
I tried to pick the least expensive fwiw. With little research.

2A 2K -(14 and 10 y/o)

Dream 10/21/16

3 Night Sailing;
Inside; .... .2450 - 2480
OV ; ........ 2500 - 2550
Veranda ... 2610 - 2750
Concierge 4300 - 5500 (V and T)

Dream 10/24/16

4 Night Sailing
Inside; .... 3230 - 3270
OV ............3300 - n/a
Veranda ....3500 - 3670
Concierge . 6020 - 17700 (V and R)

You asked. Just a reference. Prices changed as this was being posted too fwiw. Oh My.
Notice the pax ages are aggregated to said prices. Prices change with kids ages.
Looks like it is 1K more for another day. Well worth it, if it's in the budget.

The shorter the sailing, the more aggressive, obnoxious, angry, pretentious, the pax. Sorry, but it is true. (from what I read)
The longer the sailing the calmer, more pleasing, appeasing, polite, considerate, courteous, even social, the pax "become."

Yes a 4 night sailing cost more than a 3 night.

I am with the majority when I emphasize the importance of a longer sailing.
The longer the better.
