Yes you do. I actually received mine in the mail last week.

Just wanted to say that in the past we have used the vouchers... one time for for virgin pina coladas at the bar. The next time they would not allow that but we were able to use them at the bar for appetizers. We got Blackened Shrimp (marinated jumbo shrimp, blackened and served with Creole mustard sauce $10.99), 1 water, and 1 lemonade (free refills) plus the tip. It was really a perfect snack. The shrimp were excellent and held us over until dinner at another restaurant.

I think that's what I'm going to do, get an appetizer, and a soda, and that should use up most of it.

Yes, I just received mine as well. We also plan on just using it as a snack when we are at DTD, no use in wasting it
