Planet Hollywood Voucher + dining plan

I received a voucher for Planet Hollywood (one free entree & drink) with my AAA package. I am wondering if this can be used in conjunction with the dining plan??? My mom is joining us on our last night at disney (she is flying in for our cruise that starts the next day) and I thought this might be a good use of the voucher?? We could use the dining plan and then have her get her meal with the voucher?? Will this work?

You can not combine meal plans/voucheers/discounts at any restaurant.

Now, if your relative has a seperate check, that may work.

That's what I thought. But since Disney gave me the voucher with my package that included the meal plan, I thought it might be possible. How in the world could anyone use this voucher, then, if you can't combine it with the dining plan???

I think that's the reason they gave you only one voucher, so you have to spend money on the other meals in your party.

Yeah...I might use mine because I'm using to TS's, so one night we'll have to find dinner somewhere else...
