I took the coupons from the following link with us on our last trip in February. We went to PH on a Wednesday nite and we were told there was an hour wait to get a table (there were 8 of us). So I whipped out the VIP coupon and they actually honored it!! They had us talk to another person who made a phone call and told us to go in another entrance and use the elevator to take us to the top floor. Pretty cool. ~~

We went to PH about 3 years ago & I got horribly sick the next day - food poisoning? Don't know - but I won't be trying that place again.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at PH. We have always had a good meal there and last time our waitress was exceptional. She did everything she could to try to help me please my picky 4 yr old and end the end when he ended up not eating anything she gave us a discount on our bill. Not much, really just enough to cover what we bought and he didnt eat. We didnt ask her to do nor did we expect it but we certainly gave her a very good tip just for being such a great waitress and trying to help us out.

We have used that front of the line coupon for Planet Hollywood twice before. It is handy to have when you arrive at the door on a Friday night at 6.
