Planet Hollywood dining voucher

I wondered if anyone had received their PH dining voucher with their 2009 package - I know it is a $15 voucher per room booked - do you get this when you pay your balance or on check in?

The reason I am keen to know is that we are doing a split stay within WDW - with the first part of the stay and the bit that qualifies for the voucher, I have the DDP. For the last few nights, I don't have the dining plan and I wanted to know whether the voucher has an expiry date on it - if not, then I can use it during the second half of our stay. If it is only good for the first part of our holiday, then the DDP will be more than enough and the voucher won't get used.

Similarly hoping that we can use the voucher for the mini golf during the second half of our stay seeing that we will be staying close to Fantasia Gardens (have been to Winterland Summerland a couple of times)

When we booked a package and got the voucher it was valid until the end of the year - we stayed in August and the voucher expired on 31st December. I would think it would be valid at least until the end of your holiday, if not longer. As far as the mini golf goes, I seem to recall the voucher being valid for length of stay only.
