Plan good for # of nights or # of days?

Quick question - is the plan for the number of nights or number of days.
Say I am going Sat - Sat, that means 7 nights but 8 days? How many TS meals will I be getting 7 or 8?

7 -- it goes by the number of nights you pay for. But the credits don't expire until midnight of your checkout day.
