Disney’s payment system is so screwed up, I’ve been at a hotel had a Chase Visa card denied and a Cap1 Visa denied and then an Amex accepted. I called Chase and Cap1 and neither even saw Disney attempt to charge, accounts were fine with lots of credit available so it wasn’t a problem on my end or the issuers- they never even got the charge attempt from Disney. Other people have had the same thing happen and sometimes it’s Amex denied and Visa workingA bit of a scramble for me making my selections today. I had 9 days to book. 3 people booking in 3 accounts. The same credit card on all the accounts. I called the credit card (DIsney VISA) ahead of time and warned them 9-12 charges totaling $1500 in a small amount of time on Sunday morning. Cards got rejected from husbands account (he is a named person on the account) and son's account (he is not named on my credit card account) Furthermore, my husband entered a different credit card and it wouldn't take that either…
The other mistake was I booked TRON for all 4 of us instead of just 2 of us.

Did you try to chat Disney about the accidental purchase of 2 Tron LLs? In the past they have been able to process refunds for ILLs so I think it is worth a shot, refunds and room requests are the only things I actually use them for.
