For such a powerful company - whose business is all about bookings and reservations - it's astounding that they'd pass it off as an "inconvenience".It’s absolutely wrong! Response on Facebook page from Disney is:
Due to reasons out of our control, there are certain Website/ App features unavailable to our international guests including this new Lighting Lane Multi-Pass/Single Pass update. We understand how disappointing that can be, so I do apologize for the inconvenience. You will have access to the Pre-Planning Features once you are in the USA
If it wasn't going to work for all their visitors, they should have approached it differently. They haven't even said they'll keep a reserve of passes for international visitors to try to balance it out. They've basically just said hard luck!
