Plan Ahead with Lightning Lane Entry at Walt Disney World Starting July 24

How does LLMP work with a park hopper. We are planning on only doing a half day at animal kingdom and then heading either to Epcot or HS. Would I have to book 3 at animal kingdom and then once I'm at Epcot or HS, I can book rides in that park?

No you don't need to book anything at AK. You can just make your 3 selections for Epcot and have a better selection of LLMP return times.

Also since you have Park hoppers you also have the option to purchase LLMP for AK and make up up to 3 pre-selections and as your use them you are able to book replacements at any park. Just note that there may be a more limited selection day of at Epcot.

You can purchase and book 3 at the first park you intend to use it in. As soon as you have tapped into your first attraction you can modify the 2 remaining to any park and book a new LL at any park.

Hi.
Is there a reason why no one in my party looks like they are eligible for me to purchase LLs.
Is this because my 7 day window opens on Sunday (for February 2)?
Everyone is on my ressie (I'm DVC). Two people (one of which is me), have APs and park ressies, the other two people, my
dd and grandson, have date based tickets. I arrive on February 2 but my dd and dgs do not arrive until February 5.
Will everyone open up for me on Sunday? I have credit card(s) saved and ready to go.

Thank you so much!

If you are not eligible to book until Sunday then you will not show eligibility to book until then.

If they are all on the reservation then booking should open up at the same time for everyone as long as they have a pass or tickets valid on the day that you are booking.

Go in and try to make reservations in the app now, and it will at least tell you if everyone is eligible to book on the correct date of 1/26. If some of them have a different date they are eligible chat member services and have them correctly link the reservation to the other members. I had to do this recently as we were showing different eligible starting dates to book even though we were all on the same reservations

Yes if you are checking by clicking on a day in the calendar that is not within 3 days of today for the 2 AP holders. The other guests don't activated tickets yet since they are date based.

Yes you are all set.

Thank you. I'm just so nervous LOL I feel already at a slight disadvantage since our trip starts on a Sunday and not a Friday or Saturday.

Thank you. I just tried to go in for today and the only two people that show up are my mom and me, we are AP.

Thank you. Yes, I see the two AP holders, just not the two date-based tickets.

Good luck to me on Sunday!

Thank you all!

Do you mean not eligible to book today? Or not saying they will be eligible on 1/26 for the date their tickets start?

If they aren't showing as eligible to book LL starting 1/26 when you checked today then they will likely not be eligible to book on Sunday when it comes and something is messed up.

Confirming what I'm pretty sure is the best strategy here, if I'm right about feasibility. I'm booking for my party who are almost all going to be riding the same MP attractions. However, for SP, only two of us will be riding. Since it's a lower priority SP (Guardians, looking for an evening time), is it possible to do the following:
1) Complete LLMP purchase for my entire stay for all 5 of us
2) Complete a separate transaction for just 2 of us for LLSP for a single EPCOT day

Thank you!

Yes, that is the order I would do them

Yes, you will need to book as 2 separate transactions since not everyone is doing both. I agree with booking LLMP first then LLSP after.

No, I mean that when I tried to book LL for today for the two AP people (I am one of them), we show as eligible.

Is above what you are referring to? Thank you so much!

No, I was referring to what the app says when you look at trying to book LLs for the first day your additional guests' tickets are valid. Even if that day is over 7 days away, the app should tell you when all of the members of your group are able to book a LL for that day.

Our recent trip was messed up in the app and gave us 3 different dates between the 4 of us for when we could book. I had someone fix it so we were all eligible to book on the date we expected. Even though they could see the reservations in their app, the stay wasn't linked correctly in their system or something.

So if you try to buy LL right now for Feb 2nd, does it say that only the annual passholders are eligible to purchase on 1/26 for does it say your whole party can purchase on 1/26 for 2/2?

WOW!! Thank you SO SO MUCH!

I did not at all notice under our names, when it shows we will be eligible. THANK YOU!

I just looked now, following your directions, and it says that we will be eligible to purchase on 1/26 at 7 am. I never noticed that before. I so appreciate your taking the time to walk me through it.

Thank you again.

Okay, help me out here. I've done this before but sometimes I feel so clueless and I want to make sure everything goes okay on FP {LLMP) booking day.

Tickets: Me-AP already activated; Friend - AP(not activated yet); DD - FL Resident ticket (not activated yet); DD - MYW ticket from military base. All park reservations are done, hotel reservations are linked.

When I try to purchase a LLMP right now it shows I can purchase 3 days before the date I am picking but does not give me a date the other people in the party will be eligible to book. Am I going to have an issue or will they show as eligible when the date gets closer?

For information - park reservations start on 2/18 but the latest date I can pick for booking right now is 2/14 - is this possibly the issue?

So I only have one Disney account and I am the only one that makes reservation for my wife and kids.

However, with our upcoming trip in 2 weeks, I am concerned about making the LL selections on time for the entire 7 days.

Can my wife create her own Disney account, link all our information including tickets and party, and make reservations for 3 days out of 7 while I make the reservations for the other 4 days? Is that recommended or might glitch the app and cause more issues?

Just wondering if it is worth the hassle.

This thread might help. https://www.disboards.com/threads/n...e-make-reservations-at-the-same-time.3960273/

It sounds like your wife needs her own account, linked with your ticket, and her own payment method so that it isn't flagged as fraud.
