Plan Ahead with Lightning Lane Entry at Walt Disney World Starting July 24

How close together do they let you book the lightning lane multi pass? Could I do alien saucers at 10, Toy Story mania 10:30, and rock n rollercoaster at 11 or do they all need a dedicated hour apart from each other?
You can overlap by 20 minutes when prebooking so if you have a 10:00 the closest you could get the others is 10:40, and 11:20.

@justme0729 the best case answer is from @traveler9.

This assumes that there is wide availability of LLMP return times. Initially the MDE system spaces your 3 initial selections by 1 hour increments. To get the overlap times to work you can't have anything on your My Day like ADRs or other timed events in the same time block.

So it’s best to schedule as early as possible with your first LL being your most preferred and then the others 40 minutes apart?

Any experience with staying offsite first and then moving onsite? Will I be able to purchase the onsite portion 7 days in advance or will it start 3 days in advance since my tickets starts then?

You will first purchase onsite LLs at 7 days from onsite check in day and then purchase offsite LLs at 3 days of that check in.

When can club level guests book LLs?
Same as everyone else, 7 days before your stay. There are no in-park benefits to club level. Only general thing you can book that others can't is book the airport Minnie Van service. (Years ago (pre-covid) there were special booking windows for club level up-charge FPs so if you see something on the internet that is what they are talking about. The program was terminated.)

So there goes adding 2 park days after a 7 day cruise with questionable WiFi.

What are people’s strategies for MK multipass? Thinking TBA as our tier one and Pirates and Haunted as tier 2; will be booking 9 days out so hopefully we can get some early morning times and maximize LLMP.

Tiana's is hardest to get, also try for a VQ at 7 AM and 1 PM, For your Tier 2 options it is normally HM, Pirates or Jungle C but is not that highly hit as the previous one but it is a close 4th place.

If you select your days out of order (later couple of days before the first 3 days), that will allow you to get the earliest return times for your favorite Tier 1's of Tiana's and PeterPan.

ETA: correct text to list PeterPan correctly as a Tier 1. Thanks @traveler9 for the catches + Jungle C.

Peter Pan is a tier 1 at MK

If you're quick on the draw, it's very possible to get a VQ for TBA. We accomplished it 3x this trip--and this morning I had BG 28.

(I know this thread isn't about VQs, but it was mentioned . . . so . . .)

It's always good to get first-hand reports. Have you noticed any long down times for TBA in the last 5 days or so? I did see your comments about Multi Experience Passes being issued for you.

Yes. As you saw, we were evacuated and the ride was down for several hours that morning.

This morning, we stood in the salt mines for quite a while and I was concerned things were going south (haha!) again, but we finally did board, after a long wait. Several boats went by empty, so I guess they'd been taken out of commission. The no-passenger boats all had green strips with "G G G G G" printed on them hanging in the last row, and the CMs had to manually pull down all the restraints.

But we did go, so the ride was working, just slowly.

Now I'm at MCO, waiting waiting waiting for my very very late plane. I guess it's just my day to wait!
