Places to rest/eat packed lunch at Epcot?

The fountain in Morocco, behind the UK, benches under trees around the water. I don't know how convenient those would be to break out a bagged lunch, but they are spots we like to rest... ENJOY!

If the Electric Umbrella isn't busy and has plenty of available outdoor seating, the CMs never seem to mind if people sit there and eat food they brought in themselves. Obviously this isn't a good idea if there aren't enough seats for the paying customers, but it should be fine as long as it isn't crowded. Also, there are some outdoor tables, with shade umbrellas, I think, just outside the counter service place behind the Japanese Garden. Again, as long as the place isn't busy and the tables are unoccupied, that would be a nice place. It's a very peaceful and attractive setting, right by the Japanese garden and the waterfall.

I would be very hestitant to sit at a CS restaurant table. Those really are for paying customers and most all are busy at prime dining hours. Especially the garden area behind Japan, that is very small.
There really are no "picnic areas" set up for folks to bring in a picnic lunch and sit at a shaded table.
Good Luck

We sat outside America to eat our lunch. There are tables with umbrellas. It was very nice!

We don't bring our lunch into the parks, but I have on many occasions noticed people eating their own food here in America at the tables

I'd go into innovation west? It's mostly shut down, except maybe the Disney Visa. There are chairs and a few tables in the front. Back has a couple of benches. It's also go AC. :thumbsup2 Then after lunch, head over to the Coke exhibit :)

There are lots of shaded seating areas all around WS. Just depends what time of day and season. Near Canada and the refreshment port there's a bunch of benches/tables with umbrellas.

We frequently pack our lunches. I pack foods we can eat on a bench without a table. We usually eat on benches in the gardens in the UK or China.
