Places to charge power wheelchair

Are there places around the parks to charge your power wheelchair either while waiting for ride,shows, restaurants etc ?

I think this has been covered/discussed at lenght before. A quick search should find it.

The concensus was: The Disney ECV rental station outside the parks has charging stations (and is really the only place to charge an ECV).
