Place to stay in Jacksonville

Does anyone know a nice hotel to stay in Jacksonville? I would like to be on the beach if possible? TIA.

It's been awhile since I was back home, but the Sea Turtle Inn in Atlantic Beach used to be nice and you can walk out from the hotel straight onto the beach.

Thanks, they were booked. I had hears a few people suggest that place. I found a good room at fairfield Inn that is across the street from the beach. That's what I get for waiting till the last minute! Plus the forcast for this weekend is looking pretty bleak. Thanks again.
